Cancellation & Refund Policy

I-O2I OUTSOURCING PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30min of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders/processing has already been initiated.
2. I-O2I OUTSOURCING PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests orders that are already delivered.
3. In case of any Refunds approved by the I-O2I OUTSOURCING PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
